Rich Alvarez brings over a decade of frontline experience in nonprofit workforce development, with a specialized focus on marginalized populations — particularly justice-involved individuals navigating the path back to stable employment and community reintegration.

His career spans law enforcement (police officer and corrections officer), nonprofit leadership, and entrepreneurship — a rare combination that gives him a uniquely practical perspective on the systems that shape people's lives and the organizations that serve them.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Rich now calls Tarpon Springs, Florida home, where he serves as CEO of the Peacekeeper Initiative and Director of Employment Services for People Empowering and Restoring Communities (PERC). Through Alvarez & Associates, he channels this experience into consulting engagements that produce measurable, lasting change.

Rich's approach is grounded in a simple conviction: the right systems, properly implemented, allow mission-driven people to focus on what they do best.
